TRAFFIC ALERT: Northbound lanes on West Ave in La Crosse closed until 9 p.m. tonight
The La Crosse Police Department just noted that northbound lanes of West Avenue, between South Avenue and Green Bay Street, will be closed today, until around 9:30 p.m. for electrical work by Excel Energy.
Police say be prepared for traffic delays and find an alternate route.
