As I See It
Your Health And Drinking Soft Drinks
Many New Year’s resolutions this year will center around health and taking better care of ourselves in the exercise and diet areas and also getting rid of some bad habits. We already know about alcohol and smoking and what they do to your body. But a new report says that sugary drinks might also be included on that list of things that contribute to mortality. Diabetes and cardiovascular disease have been linked to having too many carbonated beverages. 330,000 annual deaths are attributed to people contracting diabetes and/or developing a cardiovascular disease such as Coronary artery disease, heart attack or heart failure, stroke, high blood pressure, congenital heart defects, etc. And the category most at risk right now is younger male adults with higher education who live in urban areas. And by the way, low calorie sweeteners are not better to drink. Choose wisely as the saying goes.

Low calorie sweeteners are 100% better to drink than full sugar versions. There is 0 evidence from any studies proving low calorie sweeteners are bad for you…
In my opinion, the real reason people are so unhealthy is a lack of exercise combined with the industrial food complex stripping all the nutrition out of our food.
