Lacrosse, no one really wants to be part of the city. Your taxes are to high, your services are starting to slip, and a lot of your neighborhoods are sketchy. Instead of building on your strengths and taking care of your tax paying citizens your current leaders think they are running a large cosmopolitan metropolis with the resources and responsibility to change the world. Stick to the basics , work with what you got and maybe you can become a nice city people would want to be a part of. If you use your imagination you can still see what nice a place it was.

La Crosse taking this “we could care less what Campbell residents want” approach is much like Russia/Putin invading their neighbors. It will be a cold day in hell when the residents of Campbell willingly get annexed by La Crosse.
