An Onalaska man is facing his 4th drunk driving charge, after an accident this week on Ward Avenue in La Crosse.

Fifty-eight-year-old Bradley Mills was arrested after a hit-and-run collision on Tuesday, in which a second driver had an injured elbow.

A witness gave police a license plate number, and they were able to find Mills and his vehicle on Highway 16. Mills is now facing five new felony charges, including the 4th OWI, and hit-and-run involving injury.

Mills’s most recent OWI arrest before this week happened two years ago in Minnesota. His next court appearance in La Crosse is set for February 28th.
