La Crosse closing portions of two streets to fix water leaks

Crews from the City of La Crosse are fixing a couple of water leaks which means portions of two streets are closed on Tuesday.

The first repair job runs on 9th Street South between Cameron Avenue and Division Street. The leak is along the 400 block of 9th St. South.

The second one is on Pine Street between 22nd St. North and 23rd St. North. Repair work there is in the 2200 block of Pine St.

According to Peter Medinger, the Assistant Superintendent for Water Distribution for the city, in both cases, both driving lanes are closed to traffic.

Repairs are scheduled for completion later on Tuesday.
