On Thursday, two search warrants were executed by the department, one in the 1200 block of Logan, where the shooting occurred, and one in the 1500 block of Liberty Street.
Two people were taken into custody as a result. One was a 13-year-old.

The statement said that just before noon, officers arrested Jaysen M. Moran, 19.
The department said all three people were held on charges of Party to the Crime of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide.
The department said they still believe it is an isolated incident.
Moran is being held without bond pending a court appearance in La Crosse County Circuit Court.
