As I See It
The consequences of complacency

The greatest threat to freedom and individual liberty is not an external force.
It’s complacency within us, those entrusted to protect it. After Tuesday’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election results, we’re about to face the consequences of that complacency.
For at least the next three years, liberal activists will control the Wisconsin Supreme Court with opportunities to expand their majority in 2026 and 2027. Critical decisions on issues like election integrity, school choice, Act 10, personal freedom, and religious liberties are now firmly in their hands.
So those of us who understand that we have no greater earthly legacy than preserving and passing that torch of liberty to the next generation, we have to destroy that complacency within us and we have to commit and give everything we have and then a little bit more to elect leaders who will uphold and defend our God-given rights.
As I see it, I’m Andy Parrish.

Elections have consequences…and we will find out what those are and then find someone else to blame.

With near record voter turnout I don’t think complacency was the issue. Abortion was the main attraction; Karens and their daughters are determined not to be deprived of their on-demand choice to kill their babies.
And then there is the media. It is not a stretch to say that overwhelmingly the programming by WIZM is severely tainted and slanted politically and culturally. Your employer is a larger problem than voter complacency because if people cannot get facts and even-handed opinion from people who might (should) actually know the difference, how can they make informed choices. Apparently that is by design.
