La Crescent-Hokah’s Board of Education plans to announce their choice for a new superintendent after interviewing both finalists later today.

The board is speaking to Wally Gnewikow, the current principal at Logan High School shortly after 5 p.m. followed by a similar conversation with Brandon Munson, current District Administrator at North Crawford.

A third candidate, Jeremy Hill, principal at Willow Creek Elementary in Riverton, Wyoming, withdrew from consideration late last week.

Once the interviews are finished, the board makes their pick then lets the public know which one was selected.

The new superintendent would take over in June when Mindy Crowley, the current superintendent, leaves the district.
